Why work at Enovis? .As a key member of the Enovis Prevention and Recovery segment you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.Job Title:Director of Revenue OperationsReports To:President, Bracing and SupportsLocation:Dallas, TX or Carlsbad, CABusiness Unit Description:Enovis Prevention and RecoveryPosition Summary:The Director of Revenue Operations oversees the Revenue Operations functions to ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of business data to identify and define strategic business and industry insight across our Bracing and Supports (BAS), Regeneration (CMF), Recovery Sciences (RS), and Footcare Solutions (FCS) Business Units (BUs) and the Healthcare Solutions (HCS) Team. This position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, IT and Operations teams to define and deliver complex analytical, metric and reporting requirements; to develop and implement data, transactional process, and reporting automation, and to facilitate and support EGX improvement initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and provide world class support to Enovis customers, Field Sales, and Leadership teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a team of individuals who manage customer-related master data, distributor contracts, field pricing contracts and RFP/RFI responses, National Accounts support, GPO and rebate reporting and payments, report and transactional process automation tools, pricing strategy, sales effectand support sales compensation calculations.
  • Works with cross functional Business Leaders to assess economic viability of initiatives and projects related to product pricing and performance, promotional programs, contribution analyses, ROI analysis, and ad-hoc analysis activities to support Enovis Business Units (BUs) and their go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborates with Finance to ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization and develops new reporting tools with a focus on automation, access, clarity, and mobility.
  • Responsible for the development, improvement, management, administration, and implementation of various systems/processes that support Enovis Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams including salesforce automation systems, sales metrics, incentive plans, and targeting.
  • Proactively identifies, acquires, and interprets data that is critical to guide effective commercial activities.
  • Proposes technical enhancements and/or efficiencies that coincide with and support overall business strategy.
  • Establishes KPI's, dashboards and tactical management reports needed to implement and monitor the success of business strategy.
  • Identifies quality improvement initiatives by communicating with Business Leaders and key stakeholders to identify business challenges and improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and executes standardized sales performance reporting and analytics to drive specific, fact-based recommendations.
  • Leads multidisciplinary projects and provides project, operational, and business support to Leadership.
  • Recommends forward thinking ways to improve business processes and metrics to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on relevant products (both of Enovis and its competitors) and trends within the orthopedic and healthcare industry.
  • Adheres to all internal Corporate Compliance guidelines, OIG and government healthcare regulations.Leadership
    • Provides mentorship, guidance, and leadership needed to instill a team-oriented and results-driven team.
    • Actively engages as part of the senior leadership team for BAS and supports the leadership teams of the other Prevention & Recovery business units
    • Conducts routine conference calls, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings with team as necessary to drive business goals.
    • Performs functional supervision including staff scheduling, hiring, performance and evaluation and terminations.
    • Leads staff performance management activities to improve capabilities and skills using regular objective setting and review process, performing appraisals and coaching of individuals on development plans.
    • Responsible for managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organization's abilities continue to improve through individual development and developing talent throughout the organization.Management
      • Responsible for strategic, tactical, and operational planning (24+ months) for the function or department.
      • Has direct budgetary responsibility for department, functions, or major projects/programs.
      • Develops, interprets, and executes policies for departments and/or projects.
      • Recommends and implements new policies or modifications to existing policies.
      • Other duties as assigned.Minimum Basic Qualifications:
        • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, Finance, or other highly analytical and data intensive roles..
        • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a people management role required.
        • Demonstrated experience leading teams required.
        • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly in a sales or marketing organization.
        • Experience in healthcare industry or medical sales preferred.
        • Experience working with distributors preferred.
        • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement preferred.
        • Experience developing, improving, and implementing business processes.
        • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, CRM systems and database extraction required.
        • Advanced experience working with data extraction tools through ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, BaaN, etc.) required.
        • Advanced knowledge of SQL/BQL, reporting tools, SalesForce.com, Data Warehousing, Tableau, PowerBI and/or Birst required.Education
          • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
          • MBA preferredTravel Requirements:
            • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
            • Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required."Creating better together".
