Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager CRM to drive customer
relationship management programs and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an integrated CRM strategy to enhance
customer engagement
Analyze channel performance and optimize cross-channel investments
for maximum ROI
Lead initiatives and set performance targets to achieve aggressive
growth goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of CRM experience in a fast-paced B2C environment
In-depth knowledge of CRM channels (push, email, SMS) and related
technologies
Experience with web analytics and visualization tools, preferably
Braze and Looker
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving
effective CRM programs
BA/BS in marketing, computer engineering, or business management;
MBA is a plus
