Job Description:

Our growing firm is seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney to join our team. You would be handling a mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. You would be working as part of a team and would be able to delegate to more junior attorneys, as well as paralegals. The ideal candidate would enjoy mentoring more junior team members and be able to juggle a large and varied caseload.

Responsibilities:
--- Drafting estate planning documents
--- Handling probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
--- Supervising more junior members of the team
--- Managing client relationships
--- Assisting with business development initiatives

Qualifications:

--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
--- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
--- Admitted to local and state bar associations
--- Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
