Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner for a
remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for
various title orders, primarily commercial and residential
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal
restrictions affecting property titles
Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports
for accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of directly related experience
Examination experience in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas is
desirable
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
