Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff User Experience (UX) Designer
to enhance user experience across their SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing,
to gather actionable insights
Develop personas and journey maps to guide design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user-centered
solutions with business goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a
related field preferred
5-6+ years of UX design experience, including 2+ years at a senior
level
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design and user
research
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Advanced knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (e.g.,
WCAG) and inclusive design principles
