Job Description:

Job Summary: HVAC Foreman responsible for leading a team of technicians in performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC equipment and building control systems.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting professional execution standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC equipment and building control systems.
  
• Assist branch leadership with coaching and mentoring of branch technicians.
  
• Provide Level 1 technical support and assist with technical development for others.
  
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements.
  
• Properly complete all required project and service documentation.
  
• Provide solutions to complex system problems and escalate technical issues as needed.
  
• Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
  
• Manage assigned work to meet professional execution standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct self-study to improve and maintain technical proficiency.
  
• Complete all training and certifications as required by the company.

  • Strong leadership experience and ability to act independently.
    
  • Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts.
    
  • Able to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
    
  • Experience with HVAC equipment and building control systems.
    
    
    Pay Range: $64.94 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
